COVID19

Here at Robbins Plastic Surgery we are taking precautions consistent with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that our patients, their family members, and staff are safe during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Until further notice, everyone coming to Robbins Plastic Surgery will be screened to identify signs and symptoms of the disease, as well as risk for exposure. Patients and family members who are asymptomatic, and at low risk for exposure should come to their clinic visits and surgeries as scheduled.

Anyone with symptoms should call to reschedule and they should contact their primary care doctor as soon as possible:

Symptoms include:

  • Fever equal to or greater than 100° F
  • Respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, sore throat)
  • Travel (within the past 2 weeks) to any country on the CDC’s Level 3 Travel Health Notice List (eg. China, South Korea, Iran, most of Europe)

In addition to these precautions, we continue to perform daily deep cleaning of the office and facilities, use personal protective equipment, and hand hygiene as recommended by the CDC.

Please contact our office with any questions, or follow recommendations for healthcare professionals at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/index.html
