A VI Peel is a chemical peel that is lighter than traditional treatments but still provides powerful and effective results. The unique combination of potent ingredients works to correct skin problems on a cellular level, without burning off layers of the skin. The procedure results in healthier, younger-looking skin with no pain, no preparation, and very little recovery time.
A VI Peel can be used to correct skin conditions that have developed for a number of reasons, from acne scars and stretch marks to hyperpigmentation and freckles. It can also be used to soften fine lines and wrinkles, clear acne, or improve the texture or your skin.
The VI Peel works to improve the skin’s tone, texture, and elasticity. It can reduce or completely eliminate unwanted age spots, freckles, discoloration, and melasma. In some patients, it can soften or smooth out wrinkles and fine lines. It combines medical grade ingredients with skin fortifying additives that stimulate the production of collagen and repair damaged skill cells to provide smoother, firmer, more youthful skin.
Before being able to undergo a VI Peel, you must schedule a consultation with Dr. Robbins to evaluate the condition of your skin and discuss your needs and goals. If you are an eligible candidate, little to no preparation is required prior to your VI Peel. Immediately before the procedure, your face will be cleaned thoroughly at the office.
During the procedure, the chemical solution will be applied to your skin using a soft brush or applicator. Prior to undergoing treatment, Dr. Robbins will decide the exposure and level of treatment required to achieve your desired results. The procedure can last 15 minutes to an hour depending on your unique needs. Results will vary from a year to several years, based upon the level of the peel applied.
The cost of skin care treatments will vary depending on each patient’s skin condition, needs, and treatment choices. In order to keep our procedure affordable for our clients, Dr. Robbins’ office offers a variety of payment methods as well as financing via CareCredt®. We accept cash, personal check, and most major credit cards.
